1.1 Guangzhou Reduced the Transferring Fees for Using Mobile Personnel
According to Circular on Ceasing and Reducing Administrative Fees for Approval and Management of Guangzhou issued by Price Bureau and Finance Bureau of Guangzhou, since January 2010, transferring fee for using mobile personnel is adjusted from 9 yuan/person/month to 4.5 yuan/person/month.

2.1 Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Issued Circular on Adjusting Unemployment Insurance Benefit and Medical Subsidies of Guangzhou
According to Circular on Adjusting Unemployment Insurance Benefit and Medical Subsidies of Guangzhou issued by Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Since May 1 2010, unemployment benefits given to Guangzhou urban citizens （including Huadu, Panyu, Conghua, Zengcheng citizens）is adjusted as follows:
(1)Unemployment benefits is adjusted to 880 yuan/month;
(2)Medical subsidies is adjusted to 110 yuan/month.

2.2 New Housing Fund System of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (for Eight Districts of Guangzhou) and China Construction Bank (for Four New Districts of Guangzhou) Has Been Brought into Operation
New Housing Fund System of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (for eight districts of Guangzhou) and China Construction Bank (for four new districts of Guangzhou) has been brought into operation recently. Detailed changes about Housing Fund’s operation are as follows:
1.Employees can not withdraw the housing fund by cash any more but only by transfer accounts.
2.The original forms made by the banks shall be void and instead forms made by Guangzhou Housing Fund Administrative Center shall be put to use.
